Goodmorning world,

If you want something soooo bad, it is likely not going to happen, i think that is what "Murphy's law" is really about.
So you see my weight going down four days in a row, 90.9 - 90.6 - 90.3 - 90.1
I really wanted to be below 90 today, but then you are slipsliding away. Yes it is only logical. I ate soup yesterday (salt = water retention) and i exercised twice (more water retention) So the weight will come off i'm sure because i only ate 1500 kcals.

This is just one of life's little jokes.
and yes Kingkeld, life IS good, there are no ups without the downs in life.

little update: it is now 17:30 i had all my kcals for the day exept the once i am supposed to eat at 9 o'clock, including a 100 kcal extra for a "baby-twix" but i am CRAVING!!!
I am trying to figure out why, i did my exercise this morning, and all went well but my foot hurts like hell so i didn't do my normal cooling down on the tredmill... i don't feel like going to the gym now (why should i, i was there this morning, kickboxing tomorrow morning) but i keep walking to the fridge and back, fridge and back, clean up house fridge and back. i feel like a tiger trapped in a cage too small...
fridge, watch the cheese, and back. Fridge, cookie jar watch the chocolate, and back. Type a little journal here, and thinking about the cheese and the cookies,
what did i do wrong? why am i suddenly so high strung up again??? i reviewed my diet for the day, but i really did not eat anything weird, or too little, just the regular 1500 kcal and saving one sandwich for the night feeding...
Nothing happened mentally either, well nothing out of the ordinary anyway, had you-know-what with hubbie so no tensions there, had big hug with son, no contact with family or friends that could have upset me. i am warm, comfortable, skipped a day at the office...

so what can it be? i am needing all my resolve everytime i go to the fridge not to go and bite in something (anything really, sweat, salty, fatty, crunchy, smoothy, whatever...)

I really want to be below 90 kilos tomorrow, that is the only thing right now that is keeping me in check. But GOD, this is HARD!
