I said to myself that I would consider the 'official' weight the one on sundays, however I thought that having an intermediate one will also help me see how I'm doing in the week.

Still, the 'official' one to myself is the one on sundays.
170.6 lb Lost so far: 1.3 lb.    Still to go: 27.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
