My bruised toe is healing- thank god! I will probably be able to work out this weekend.
My dad is leaving on a business trip on tuesday. Thank god for that too. He has been stressing me out so much. He has good intentions, but he does not actually help me. Hes more like 'just someone else to take care of' or when he does try to help, he acts like he is pissed off that he has to do something that I should be doing [like making my mom's food, etc]

Today has been a rough day. I just want to listen to music and go to sleep. At the moment, my eyes are sore and i feel like shit. I dont want to deal with my parents at all right now.
Nothing is ever good enough for them.

I probably wont be seeing my fiance for Vday. I'm too scared to ask to go anywhere, too stressed about time and what will happen when i am gone, and too busy to go out. I hope he understands.

We have a lot of arguments over things like that. Its unfair to him that we hardly ever get to see each other, but instead of saying how HE feels, he focuses on MY feelings and needs. He gets frustrated with me when i bitch and complain about not having enough time for him or myself, yet I wont stand up to my parents. I can see why he gets agitated with me.

Anyways, I am hoping to get 100% back on track by working out again.
Maybe it will help me manage all this stress.

Exercise is a fantastic stress reliever. I am SOO much less stressed when I work out consistently. You just feel better all over. It's great. :) I'm really sorry that you're not able to see your fiance that often. :( Do you live in different states or towns? It sounds like distance might be a factor in why you don't get to see eachother often.

thanks for your comment, it really helped. I know that I have been very grumpy because i havent been able to work out. You're right, you DO feel better all over and i miss it :[ As far as hubby-to-be goes, He doesnt live too far away, but he travels a lot for work. Add to that fact that I can never get out much, and there are some days/weeks where we just barely miss each other. I'll be free one weekend but he isnt, and free the next, but i'm not. We talk everyday, though.
