So far have had a good day. Had breakfast took hubby to work and went to the library. Have been reading and researching for ways to make the program I chose to work best for me. Went out and had a snack and then lunch. Don't really feel hungry, but I sure am looking forward to Dinner. As somebody told me the first few days are rough and since this is my first day I hope they get better. I'm sure I'll have more to say as this is my Journal lol and I do best when I get things off my mind.

Left the house this morning to rain, fog and a 16 year old waiting for the bus. Got to the library in a town about 36 miles from where I live (hubby works here) and logged on to facebook (about an hour later) and what do I see same 16 year old on facebook. I thought oh no he missed the bus. So pulled up chat his answer was "got on the bus, rode all the way to school, principal told bus driver to take us all back home because it's snowing, see Mom I told you we wouldn't have school today so you could have just let me sleep in" Now folks let me remind you there was no snow just rain and the weather man said noon. With the truancy laws I didn't want to take a chance in him missing.

so glad you are having a great start! the first week can be a little rough (headaches, etc) but trust me it goes away and things get better from there. let me know if you need anything - i'll help when i can and i'm a great listener too :) yay for us - we'll be thinner & healthier in no time!!

Thanks I'm sure there will be alot of journal entries it helps to get my feeling and thoughts out. That way if I'm making a mistake somebody might notice and give advice.
