Hey guys! It's been a long time. I just thought I would check in and say hello. I gained a lot of weight since the last time I recorded. I started dieting on Jan.14,2009 and at that time I weighed in at 218.4! After not being able to fit into anything in my closet, I figured that it was time to come off vacation and start living my everyday life. I am now at 206.2 and trying very hard to get back to a decent weight. I don't have time to check in every, but I will record my weight as I take on this challenge. I'm getting too old for this diet stuff!
206.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 36.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Key words--lifestyle change!! Try making small changes over time and they will add up to big results later. Diets don't work so you need to make healthy changes a permanent part of your life. Until you do you will continue this up and down. You're back on track now so keep up the good work!!

Thanks for the encouraging words. Atkins is something else! I think I have this under control. I went out to eat with friends lastnight and I ordered a cup of clam chowder and I got a salad from the salad bar. My only regrets was the salad bar. I think I had about four cups of salad on my plate and maybe three tbl spoons of ranch dressing....I swear my intentions were to just eat a little of the salad, but I ended up eating the entire thing! I will know next time to just put a small amount on my plate. Thanks for the advice.
