weight is steady at 220-222
it is winter time in Phoenix now, Jan. 20.
body tends to retain a bit more than warmer weather.
we are approaching low 70's in coming 10 days.
February 27 is my 70th birthday.
weather for Feb is usually in mid to higher 70's ...
am able to begin walking again.
have had plantar faciitis for 17 months. curtailed my physical activity.
also, my broken left arm is almost healed from July 2 2009.
perspective looks promising to "getting down" more.
