well my bodybugg came in two weeks ago. I'm half way through my second week and I completely love it. It teaches me the simple things I need to do. I didn't realize how easy it is to lose weight with simple changes. I didn't grow up in a family where portion size or healthy foods were taught. I just ate whatever I wanted, when I wanted it.
I've set my program to lose 3 pounds a week. I started with a goal of two pounds per week but I was attaining it too easily. 3 pounds a week will get me to 165 in August. It's feeling possible now.
I'm looking forward to seeing 230. It's my next goal. Then 200.
247.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 82.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Minimum of $249.00 ... interesting ... think I'll have to stick to the old fashioned way I've been doing it!!

It sounds like a ton of money but it's really worth it. It is the same device that they use on the Biggest Loser show. I need the constant feedback on how I'm doing and waht I need to do on an hour to hour basis to achieve my goals. I'm not usually the kind of person to buy the latest and greatest weight loss gimicks but I researched this one and I am finding it well worth the money.
