Woo hoo! I'm happy to see a 3lb weight loss. I had a great week following a low cal diet, although I could definately add some more activity to my life. Being sick certainly wipes me out at the end of the day :( Goal this week: eat more fruits and veggies, use my Wii Fit and work on my awesome arms challenge!!!!
