Glad to see my body is getting aligned within again. But progress is slower than I thought it would be at the beginning. Emotional impact has been the big shock. Guess cheating on a cheat day is out for now 😉😂
286.8 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 91.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
