Things to do differently to get better results:
Plan tomorrow's menu tonight. Today, I just received the HCG Diet Gourmet Cookbook by Tammy Skye from Amazon. I read the entire book (got my me time in). There's nothing like a good book and some tea. Anyway, I am making out my menu for tomorrow.
Go to bed by 10:00pm. Try to get 6-8 hours of sleep.
