Ms. Astoria you're right - but my friends think I Can't Believe It's Not Butter has no trans fats or is as healthy as any other margarine as they don't know health care facts and see olive oil added commercials etc...One must be very wary not to put any trans fats into their body - donuts, pie, cake, etc. except as a rare treat. I know some people who easily eat a dozen donuts a week - heart disease just waiting with that lump of grease stuck into one's stomach with the trans fats, sugar, etc...

I totally agree. Unfortunately, the vast majority of Americans truly believe the advertisements and "the facts" that FDA tell them. It's us to each of us to learn what is good for our bodies. In my mind, I am suspicious of products that have multiple ingredients, especially ones that I have no idea what they are! I hope your stomach is doing better today. Have you thought about a tablespoon or two of plain yogurt? I am sure you already know the health benefits.

Ms. Astoria I tried replying yesterday and the computer wouldn't type in - I'm now on probiotics instead and I feel great in comparison - they have similar benefits to yogurt as you may know...
