Boy did I work out hard today!!! I am going to be so sore tomorrow. fighting the battle with PMS! Added 3lb weights to my aerobic step routine instead of the 1 lb weights I had been working with. Hopefully that will counteract the doughnut I had today darn PMS!! :(
