I didn't exercise this past week because I was planning my daughters birthday party. So Im really excited to have lost 3lbs without working out. I believe it has a lot to do with the fact that I stopped drinking coffee. I feel a little low on energy but I make it through the day :)
204.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.0 lb a week
