Calorie intake over the last few days has been insanely high, especially considering there was no celebrations. It is not surprising then that I have not lost much weight. I weighed in naked on the home scale at 158.4. I weighed in at the mall when I joined the weight loss challenge, and with clothes on weighed in at 161.8, 21.3% body fat, and BMI of 23.1. Joining the challenge gives me a prize to work towards. If I win, I could get a shopping spree, and get some new clothes. I'm not huge, so I have to work hard to win this thing.

Also, Billy has gained weight in the last week. His thyroid hormone is depleting since his thyroidectomy, and I promised I was going to keep our diet in check so that wouldn't happen, so I have failed. I must get serious about it this week. SALAD here we come!

I have worked out 6 days a week successfully for 2 weeks so far. I'm thinking of going to 7 days/week. I need to find a diet plan that pleases everyone too. I do not want to cook 2times as much (once for kids, once for adults), considering how much I hate cooking as is, but wonder if I just need to give into that to get Billy and I on the right track. The kids are skinny, they can eat as they like....for now.
