Sugar Blues
What is wrong with me when I cant get it into my head, that if I keep eating sugar, I'm going to end up dead!
I have good intentions I know what to do, but I reach for the sugar and end up with the blues!
I stop and think what it's doing to me, I know when I let go of the poison I'll finally be free!
Ill walk and I'll run and have all kinds of fun, making my health a priority will finally be done!
I'll enjoy my friends and family and be filled with love, the kind that comes from within, a gift from above!
So today Father I pray as I give it to you, I have faith I can let go of the sugar blues!
