Well, I have fallen off the band wagon... given up... for the moment. Ever since Friday night. I am sure I'll get back on some sort of plan but I think out of frustration I've fallen off this one. It's frustrating to be on a plan for weeks and weeks and see NO results! NONE! I am not totally pigging out, in fact I am going to work out today just feeling more like who cares. I know that is terrible. I might get back on a plan of some sort next week. We will see.
