I did my exercise last night! yay! I rode the stationary bike for 30 minutes and then did sit-ups, leg lifts, ect...during each commercial, and much to my surprise, the scale was down another pound and a half! woohoo!! I am going to exercise atleast 4 times this week!!

Hey there Graciepoo, looks like you have your chart moving down nicely. Having the kids "help" with your workouts actually sounds like fun. Who needs weights when you have 2 yr olds to pick up and move around. Your doing great

Your chart went up and now it is going down - down - down! Good girl! Thank you so much for the kind words over on my journal about my baseball player son. I love him so much! His game today was snowed out. His area of South Carolina had a couple of inches of snow! Wow! Please stick with your weight loss effort! I love reading your journals and checking on your progress!
