I think these new meds are making me manic depressive. I feel I was over the edge on everything I did yesterday, and depressed with each decision.
It also occurs to me the new schedule where I'm up at 5am has me going way to long between breakfast and lunch, maybe causing the surge in hunger in the afternoon yesterday. I may also be making the classic mistake of confusing thirst with hunger. With the nasty tasting water here, I find myself drinking very little every day. I wish the water delivery company would call me back. A water tank in the kitchen I think would solve that problem. Two trends

I read in a magazine the other day are stuck in my head in regards to successful weight loss...one is the girl worked out 6 hours a day, the other was eating a lot of soup. I imagined the girl working out 2 hours in the morning, 2 hours in the afternoon, and 2 hours at night. I wonder if I could do that even one day a week. Next time I hit the grocery, I'm going to buy some organic veggie soups for my lunches.

At the gym today the scale was uncooperative. I set it to the weight I was last, which it held, but seemed to hold no matter how I moved the bar. I don't think I can trust the gym scale anymore. At home, naked I weighed in at 157.4. I will record that weight if it that is what shows tomorrow morning on the scale.

I think I need to work out again before tonight. I want to drink beer and eat pizza! It is Friday! I plan to buy light beer only though...and a 6 pack only too. 3 beers each should be fine. No way do I want to feel like I did last Saturday. I plan to do Zumba again of course.
