I'm 2 weeks into my diet and I've lost a total of 20 lbs so far. I'm seeing results and I feel better already, not as tired or sore as I used to be.
I've been keeping with my daily walks, which I really enjoy. It gets me out of the house and gives me time to myself and my own thoughts.
I've noticed I haven't dealt with being overly hungry, which has always lead to finding myself grazing in the past.
Can't wait to see where I am in another 2 weeks.
