I am hoping that most of my weight gain today was water weight.... I snacked a little last night...and had some leftovers from our super bowl party...so I definitely didn't make wise choices.... I am just surprised that it was such a huge gain in 1 day! And today is my son's birthday so there will be birthday cake this evening.... I overshot my calories for lunch time I think because I only ate half of my wrap, which wasn't even from Wendy's and I definitely did not use that much dressing, but I would rather count too many than not enough. Hopefully, dinner tonight will be simple and light and then a VERY small piece of cake and another walk.

Sometimes it is harder to say no to things when you want them so bad. Food is my biggest weakness and worst enemy. But you need to stay motivated and never let a small setback discourage you. Just remember to keep pushing for your goal no matter what. And sometimes I find that when I am wanting to snack drinking a bottle of water really helps. :)
