My diet is in full swing, I have adapted well to a low calorie diet along w/ using Slim fast for 3 meals a day, along w/ 2 snacks consiting of 1 hard boiled egg and 1 fiber bar...I have 2 motivations I live at the BEACH and I want to feel better about the way I look, and I have alot of visitors comming this year and don't like the way my body looks...
