My diet is in full swing, I have adapted well to a low calorie diet along w/ using Slim fast for 3 meals a day, along w/ 2 snacks consiting of 1 hard boiled egg and 1 fiber bar...I have 2 motivations I live at the BEACH and I want to feel better about the way I look, and I have alot of visitors comming this year and don't like the way my body looks...

If we stick together we can do it! If my new eating habits don't stick I may take on you new low-cal diet.

I started my new diet on 1/5/09 and today on 1/30/09 I have lost 5 lbs I am going to step it up in Feb....

5lbs. that's awesome! I'm going to re-weigh myself on Monday so we shall see. I've been doing really good, one one or two slips, but not big ones.
