Scales not moving one bit. I really over~did on the weekend! My efforts now though will show up.......er.....down soon. I HOPE!!!

Water, water, water! I think we're all struggling. Cold weather definitely doesn't help! I'd love a nice sunny warm day to take a walk through the neighborhood!
