Home from my visit and other than the kids being sick they had a blast! My daughter got to feed 2 horses and a duck! Didn't focus on my food just enjoyed myself. Proud to say still not a drop of soda passed these lips :D Also, for lunch today at Carls Jr. I got a turkey burger and sweet potato fries instead of a more unhealthy meal, yay me for good choices even during my indulgence weekend.
My allergies are in overdrive which totally sucks! Hopefully being home they will settle down and I can get the kids better...calling the doctor for them in the morning, their high fevers scare the crud out of me...

Not 100% looking forward to weighing in, but it's only a number :-) I can always work it back off since I'm back home and can control what I eat better.

My kids get terrible fevers too its scary but the good thing is the high fevers actually kill the bacteria that makes them sick because the germs can't survive the high temps. Its a sign the body is fighting the infection. But i always go to the doc too!
