That's an interesting and useful looking site.

My phone tracks my exercise (speed, calories burnt, distance, location etc) while I'm jogging and then I upload my tracks to the website. Very useful! I love it! U can upload to ur FB page or Twitter as well.

Good job! C25K is soo hard for me; I only managed 1 day so far. :(

1st week wasn't so hard for me, but 2day, 2nd week was kinda harder, I had to push myself, maybe cos I didn't wake up completely and didn't eat before the run? Hmmm.. Anyway I'm not giving up! Ha!
