Didn't do so well yesterday. Just didn't feel like concentrating on my diet. I didn't do really bad. But I didn't do really good either. Day done. I'm not going to worry about it. But if y'all noticed, I didn't weigh in this morning!!
I have been really retaining water. Every morning when I wake up, my hands are really swollen. I need to watch my salt intake. It must be really bad. I take a water pill each day for my blood pressure. And I'm still retaining water - so my salt intake must be WAY up.
I also think that I'm drinking too much coffee. I'll cut back on that, too. A new week starts today!
