i just saw a special advance showing of fork over knife. wow... i think i need to adopt a plant based diet for sure. it seems difficult but after what was presented in this movie i dont know how i could not at least experiment with it. the numbers and statistics were staggering. i have a minor self diagnosed hypochondria and if i can reduce or prevent major degenerative diseases by just changing what i eat, well then i am all on board!
