I haven't managed to loose many pounds, but I must have lost some inches. Didn't take measurements before starting Weight Watchers. Finally getting into some clothes I haven't worn in a while. I'm pleased this week, I do better when I see a change in the scales.
184.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
