Did not record my food here, but did in other notebook... I hit a few stumbling blocks, but have not given up. I find that sometimes when I try to diet I eat more, or feel stressed, but when i allow myself to feel hungry, eat what I want, stop when i am full...etc...i do better. I have been very successful in keeping up with my workouts, so there's a win! I did struggle with eating disorders for most of my life and sometimes they come back to test me...
