MO3-Brittney's Journal, 21 January 2014

I am excited to say I have lost 4lbs in my first week. It was tough but this week will be harder because I am already feeling like I want to be able to have food that's maybe not all that good for my diet but I will resist. I ate a lot today but it was all healthy so I feel good about it. Overall I am off to a great start. Now I'm looking forward to my next weigh in :) I also worked out at the gym today...it was my first time working out in public, and I have to say it wasn't all that bad.
212.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
