Yes! My first 10 lbs! I didn't get a chance to exercise this morning cause I got called in to pass medication but I did put my med supplies away which the cases weigh about 5 lbs a piece and I did some walking up and down the halls to and from different offices and the copier so I think that counts I'm putting it in anyway.

I need to go get groceries so I was forced to relay on my peanut butter for protein today I'm weigh under on calories a few points left for dinner I'm ignoring the fat today though cause supposedly it's good fat.
190.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
