So I'm not doing too bad. I managed to avoid having any junk to eat the other morning at work when there was a morning tea shout. So proud! I've been managing to keep on track diet wise too. I actually ended up buying myself some coke zero today. Hmmm, not so good but it's not as bad as having bourbon, right?
Was down about 300 grams this morning, so hopefully it will continue downwards. I had a few too many almonds today which may stall me. I was abit nibbly, and thought it was better to eat them than something high carb.
