Today is not too bad, I keep my workouts at 30 min everyday and I am enjoying it. I am looking forward to fitting into my clothes properly lol and of course being healthier. I feel excited to reach my goals! :D
243.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 33.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
