I realized that my pants were never going to fit if I didn't get some consistancy in my life. I have to stop viewing it like I. Deprived or this is a punishment. This is a gift! I am nourishing myself. It feels good to be good! Guess what, when I did it I lost 1 pound! Only 49 to go :)
214.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 49.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
