Ok so am definitely going the WRONG direction. I just got back from ANOTHER trip to my mom's (twice since Christmas - this time for a long weekend)and she made many of my favorite things, plus mom and dad eat three giant meals a day. I kept telling myself it is only temporary then I will go home and be "good" but now I feel SO fat and that makes me SAD. Last night went out to dinner with some old friends - bad choices - even dessert. I am 17 pounds more than I was in August. POOP!!! and WAAH!!!!!! "Fasted" Tuesday and will again tomorrow, plus will incorporate healthy eating on the non fast days. I need to start journaling daily. I need to incorporate accountability. In one week I will be taking a vacation - there will always be a reason to goo off the wagon. ALWAYS. I just need to take control before I gain any more, and begin to lose the weight NOW. TONIGHT - ZUMBA!
142.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Whenever I eat a lot of stuff that I love, I dont' consider it bad, even if I gain some weight lol. A few exceptions once in a while are no problem! ;) Just maintain your routine! Journaling is good, even if it is to allow you to look at the bigger picture when you need to :) to take conclusions. Have fun at your Zumba session! :)

I still eat my favorite things too but in much smaller portions and not nearly as often. They don't seem to catch up to me that way!

After reading this made me grab a handful off peanut mm and washed it down with a glass of milk. im still at 200# and struggle just like yourself but thanks for sharing and your forgiven :)

It's great that you can do that iamachristianjesusfreak! But it must not be easy to constantly be tempted to eat more heheheh.

Nah I know it will still be there later. Even if I died tomorrow I wouldn't be worried about not eating it again. Lol
