Well faced the consequences of my overeating for 4 days only 1 1/2 though could be worse. Lesson learned: You can't pig out with the theory OK I'm exercising so I can afford extra points! Anyway back on track today and I'm going to pretend I don't even know what activity points are.

Update for day I'm on track with my points & calories with 1pt and 203 calories left for a snack if I want it 12 over on fat but I had 1/2 oz of peanuts and a slice of American cheese with my eggs instead of low fat cottage cheese. The chili mac recipe from here was made with ground turkey instead of ground beef so I'm sure I saved a few fat grams there. So a good day I guess.

I didn't do my DVD but I did work my butt off deep cleaning my house boy was it a mess I vowel never to let it get into that shape again! Especially just because of laziness. My mother would have been appalled but I do work full time also so maybe I'll give myself a tiny break but not much she worked full time kept house all her own raised my little brother and left a full supper for him and my step dad and then worked an evening shift at a factory dressed to the nines complete with makeup and jewelry.LOL So needless to say I have no excuse. Oh well from this day forward I will do better full speed ahead I say.

That is what I do! I do not use activity points or those extra point things. I will once I get smaller: I am sure but until then... time to be STRONG. Hang in there! Don't be too hard on yourself. You can get back on track and you are exercising!
