I started one week ago on "my own diet" but wanted more ideas so I shopped around for diets that seemed to fit my life style and allowed for flex ability, did not cost money to do and has on-line support. "You on a Diet" seems to fit that description and I have joined that web-site as well. My friend who encouraged me to join her in losing weight told me writing down everything I eat would make a difference. It really has. I went from 207 to 204 in six days! The diet calendar on this site is my new life line. I don't eat anything without first entering it on the food calendar to see if it will keep me just under my daily total.

Diet Calendar Entries for 16 January 2009:
