I'm psyched today! I looked in the mirror this morning and my love handles and tummy are going away! I have been sticking to 100-150 crunches a day on the stability ball and it is ACTUALLY WORKING!

This is amazing and it is the absolute FIRST time in my entire life that I have noticed a difference in my waist. I am so happy! What an inspiration to keep going! Nothing could ruin this day (even though I work two 9 hour jobs on Fridays...WHO CARES?!)

Diet Calendar Entries for 16 January 2009:

Wow that is great that you can see yourself changing. I am going to have to get tips from you. I got a ball for christmas and I do not know what to so with it other then sit and bounce. lol Good for you with keeping up with it daily. Keep at it.
