Its a new year, and i have decided (for the upteenth time) :-) , to follow a diet plan all the way through. im currently a size 14, and would love to be a size 10. willing to settle for 12. im not going to follow any specifics, but i'm going to incorporate a few menu plans from the 28day diet plus some menu's from this site. i'll ensure to keep a daily calorie intake to below 1200.
