Today I will continue to "eat slowly" and see how I go. I had a slow breakfast and feel quite full.

The heating has broken down on camp so I expect to loose a bit more than usual as I have heard you loose more weight in the winter especially if you are in the cold... which we are!!

I am a bit of a chocoholic and after watching Paul Mckenna last night and practising one of his “rituals” I don’t feel like eating any chocolate.

Bev, I watched all 5 of Paul's programme yesterday and I am now going to go on his regime. I think it does make sense. It sounds plausible. So, from GI Diet, its going to go to 'Paul McKenna Program'. Lets see how I get on... :o)

Ritsy, That is exactly what I am doing, I am not going to start eating everything I want just yet though but once I have lost the weight and am down to the size I want then that is when I could really get down to it. Let me know how you get on with eating and putting your utensils down. I did it with breakfast this morning - it really takes a bit of getting used to I can tell you. :-)

Hi Bev, its working. I had my porridge but did not finish as normal. I then had the rest 2 hrs later. Lunch was the same. Dinner I did not eat the normal amount. My bad habits are picking at food whilst cooking, passing through the kitchen at any time....I do feel bloated all the time though. Not sure why.
