I am looking forward to weighing in the morning, because SURELY I have lost since my last weigh in. I felt somewhat guilty but not derailed from my eating on Saturday. I went to visit my mom, and she cooked a huge lunch with some good "probably not so good stuff". I tried to make up for it today by eating good stuff and working out for an hour.
