That's It. I am done gaining and losing the same 5 kilos. Today I am going to stop all dieting and calorie counting that only results in bingeing. I am going to stop obsessing over food. I accept and love myself for who I am even if I never lose a kilo again. Today I start a healthy relationship with food. I am going to stop allowing my food obsession to rob me of the greater pleasures of life. I feel as if a big burden has been released. I feel free. I will try to eat healthy but no more obsessing. Cheers to the end of a vicious cycle........ Hello to a new life of freedom.

I hear you! I wouldn't be surprised that removing that stress is just the action you need to actually start losing.

Well I am going to try and see what happens. But definitely not going to be an emotional wreck because of my weight.............. Never again.
