yesterday I decided I was going to begin my journey to a healthier life and I was doing good until the night..for some reason I just want to eat when Im alone at night, I try so hard to have the will power to say no but 90% of the time I give in :( However today is a new day, and I'm not going to give up, I will lose the weight and reclaim my life!

Sis you can do it. I have a desk job and work until 3am. Vending machines right outside my office. I decided to take on the "it is not an option" attitude. When I feel like I want to snack. I grab an ice cold water and drink it. I get up and walk around the facility. I actually been making physical jobs for myself. You can do this sis. Just replace the snacking with something else. Reading... walk... art... whatever. I am a creature of habit. I need to form good ones to replace the old. Have a great new year! I respect that you are a swimmer. Come from a family of some swimmers. Including my kiddos. Ok I will shut up now... hahahaha
