Breakfast: Chicken bone broth

Late Lunch: Avocado Salad+Dressing, Smoked Bork Ribs+Beef Ribs+Salmon, Asparagus and Kiwi+Grapes

Snack: Greek Yogurt
100.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 3.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 4.6 lb a week
