Starting to go in the right direction again. yaaaay. =)

176.4 lb Lost so far: 31.6 lb. Still to go: 26.4 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

Congrats on the 3 lb loss! I hate how fatsecret averages out our weight gains/losses for the week because it says you are GAINING 1.8 lb/week! Nuts! Regardless, you are doing great. Keep it up :)
