You can do this!!!! Try to get really anal about recording your food so we can help eachother. It is so much easier to look and tweak some one else's diet:) One thing for today.....switch to diet soda! I drink 2 liters of water in the morning with my coffee and then let myself drink whatever I want the rest of the day as long as it is diet soda. I even let myslef have 4 oz of red wine after dinner.
