About the scale. Some people say throw it away and just measure how your clothes feel on you. When your clothes are baggy you will know you are doing well. True, but I check my weight every morning. It's exciting for me! I want to know my weight. I have a five pound weight loss goal every month. I want to see that five pounds come off. I recently joined an 8 pound Challenge. It is encouraging me to do more than the slow burn I have been doing. I used to think the only reason I wake up in the morning is to have breakfast. Now I look forward to waking up in the morning. Every day is a new day and a chance to do better, to get healthier. Think Positive! :)

Hello Deb. Thanks for a great comment. I also believe in weighing myself everyday, as it is too easy to eat to much. Nice too see that you are making entries everyday and I wish you will do well on this challenge !

Hello Deb. Great comment about daily weigh-ins. I too look forward to my morning on the scale. I've taken it another step and written it down in plain sight next to my computer so that I have re-enforcement for my goal. I wish you well in the challenge.
