Fallen so far off the wagon the last few months, not sure how to climb back on. Blood Pressures back up, energy's pretty much shot and generally disgusted.
Still not sure how people in this lifestyle keep up with the weight loss and general fitness. Like the old saying....try, try again I suppose.
