What I ate yesterday:

Breakfast: Coffee with Heavy Cream

Lunch: Salad with Avocados, Stakes, Quinoa, Chinese Broccolis Sauté and Bread with Butter(It is from Urban Plate)

Dinner: Kimchi Soup (left over)
101.9 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 4.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 6.2 lb a week
