After being in a Plateau with the Body Fat % (24%), I realized my body type is Meso/Endomorphic. It's basically a Triange shape upper body with a rectangle/round shape Abdomen. I wont have a small waist and my body fat mass will not be lower than 37 lbs.

It's all good work with what you got that's all you can really do how did you find that information out you are doing great right now my body shape is a 3 liter pop bottle shape and now I'm trying to get it to a 1 liter pop bottle shape just joking 🤣don't worry you got this and you are looking good be blessed Adrian

Jenny3781- the 1st red flag is whenever I continue to lose Fat mass, my muscle mass goes down along with it. Then I looked at my results from my Measurements and realized my body fat percentage had plateaued since September, despite doing everything right. 😳 I can still lose the fat, however I need to lose 1 lbs a month with a -3500 calorie deficit, so my body wont think it's starving.

I'm basically an apple shape with my weight centered around my front center. Even reducing 30 pounds from my highest, I still have the same shape, albeit a smaller version of it. But, you hafta work with what you have and do the best you can for better health. Health is the ultimate goal! Onward.
