So actually was 1795 last week so I’ll try for 1845 this week. Will try to get there then hold for one week then go up another 50 Cals daily- obviously progression will be dependent on keeping weight fairly stable, but if I can continue this pattern I can get to reasonable maintenance, stay there for a while then healthfully cut if I choose.
